This is a new brewing company for me. I only encountered this one because it came to me in my beer club. Sampled from a 12 oz brown bottle this beer poured a mahogany color with a medium sized fluffy tan head that lingered for quite a while. The aroma was sour, malty, and mildly hoppy. The flavor is sweet but has noted sour malt notes that ramble on to a bit of bitterness at the finish. The beer lacks the smoky flavors that usually turn me off to brown ales. The flavor is not strong but it is pleasant. I could see this one making a nice session beer.

Thanks to the Tampa Trader - MattA!!Slightly hazy deep amber color with an average off white head. Aroma is malty with just the slightest hop aroma. More fruit aroma than hop aroma. The hops exit completely by tasting time and the malt gives way to a watery finish. Refreshing if uneventful light ale.

Thanks to Envane for sending this my way!!! This looks pretty good. Nice creamy head, clear golden yellow color. The aroma is sour grass and rotting citrus. The flavor doesn’t follow the aroma thankfully, but fails to add anything else other than a little sweetness. Watery.

Thanks to BierBauch for the trade. Pours a clear dark brown color with a very thin off-white head. Aroma of roasted malt and toffee. Medium-bodied and somewhat smooth with malt and caramel in the flavor, along with a pinch of hops and nuts. The finish is rather mild with a hint of bitterness and sourness. A little on the bland side from start to finish, but would be a passable session beer.

Dark amber in colour with hints of brown. A tan head of about 2 centimetres in thickness. Smells of malt and some odd food product I can't define. Medium-bodied; Tastes of Soy sauce, worcesteshire sauce and some odd toffee flavours. Finishes with a meaty taste reminiscent of smoke and a marinade. Odd flavours, but at least its some complexity and difference than the normal malty and nuttiness from a brown. If you are looking for a 'different' beer than the normal, look here! I got this twelve ounce beer in a trade with great guy Matt A. (Mabdoney) from Florida. Thanks again Matt!
