Bottled. Quite much black colour, small off-white head. Aroma is nutty, liquorice and bready/caramel malty with some slight notes of nutmeg. Flavour is roasted malts, liquorice and some mild wooden slight sour as well.

Dark opaque black color, small beige head. Ryeish malty, licorice aroma. Medium-bodied. Burned, tobacco, roasted malty flavor. Light oxidazed notes. Ryeish notes. Decent, but 3 years in the bottle?

Light body belgian yeast cotton candy, tons of malt, but not enough hops, not enough roasty character. Different but not really my thing.

Rich, layered malt flavors reminded me of a top doppelbock in many ways. Chocolate, caramel, cherry. Good smoke, some wood, but not so deeply roasty. An interesting stout with lovely malt character.

hazy yellow smooth white head nice citrussy flower aroma. spicy. dry. a little like a belgian blonde but more mellow and sweeter. flavor is dry spicy yellow fruity. very nice.
