Introducing The Goodness Brewing Co, born in the vibrant heart of North London's Wood Green in 2018. Founded by friends Damien Legg, Mike Stirling, Joe Louis Sheasgreen, Oliver Newbery and Zack Ahmed, we're now nearly a decade strong, led by head brewer Josh Billington.

Keg at Waterloo Tap. Aroma is non-existent. Dark. Glossy. Creamy light beige head. Light bitter coffee... it's pretty much non-existent. Light-medium codfee. A hint of berries..the bitterness gradually gains in prominence. Incredibly bland. Medium bodied. Slick. Average carbonation. Abrupt finish.

Keg @ Williams Ale & Cider House, Spitalfields. Deep pinkish red appearance, clear, with off-white head. Cherry coming through well on the nose. Quite fruity, good cherry presence with creamy yoghurt notes, gentle sourness. Not bad.

Can from the Superette, Highgate on 8th January 2023. Pours hazy amber with thick off-white foam and scant lacing. Zesty citrus peel in aroma. Grapefruit juice and peel in-mouth with a sweetened citrus fruity finish. Light to medium bodied with a zingy mouthfeel.

From tap at The Rose in New Cross 14.12.22. Cloudy pale straw colour. White heand and lacing. Aroma and taste og lychee, lemons, pineapple and so on. Decent bitterness

As 5.6%: hazy yellow pour with a decent white head. Aromas of hops and tropical fruit, tastes adds some malt and hops - nice and sessionable.

Keg at Archway Tavern, Archway. Aroma has sherbert citrus. Haze-opaque copper gold. Foamy white head. Light-medium bitter. Citrus and herbs. Long streak of sis. Light. Thin. Soft-fizzy carbonation. Long dry astringent finish. Ot entirely enjoyable IPA.

Tap at Archway Tavern, erm... Archway. Aroma has malts and a hint of citrus. Gold. Slightly opaque. Thin foamy white head. Light-medium sour citrus. Malty sweet edge. Bready. Light bodied. Thin. Fizzy carbonation. Long dry finish. Nice enough if ultimate uninteresting lager.

Fra fat på The Bull (Highgate) Mild citrus, hint av granskudd og gress samt noen florale toner. Light, refreshing and easy drinking.

Fra fat på The Bull (Highgate), sammen med Steven: lett uklar gylden med fint skum som varer helt ned. Lekker fruktighet med ananas, pasjonsfrrukt og søt citrus. Et lite hint av furunål. Lett og elegant bitterhet og fruktig avslutning. A great session IPA.
