Can that pours a tad unfiltered, golden colour with a frothy white cap that disappears quickly enough, leaving a few spots of foam. Cereal grain malt aromas with some floral notes and hints of honey. The malts are quite mild in the taste, with some slight warming of the alcohol that comes out eventually and light spices lingers. Nothing too crazy, but a decent warming Belgian ale.

A hazed blonde saison with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light banana esters, light cloves, light woody notes, pleasant. In mouth, sweet fruity malt with loads of wet paper, like licking wood chips, faint fruity esters, unpleasant. Cask at Bières et Saveurs 2019.

A milky yellow blonde ipa with a very thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with resinous floral hops, mango pulp, pleasant. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity biscuit malt with herbaceous hops, light mango pulp, green hops, light mineral notes, pleasant. Cask at Bières et Saveurs 2019.

A dark stout with a thin mocha head. In aroma, a beautiful mix of sweet raspberry jam, light coffee and chocolate. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity chocolate malt with light raspberry jam, light acidity, light chocolate and coffee, very nice. Cask at Bières et Saveurs 2019.

A hazed golden ale with light pink hues, and a thin white head.. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light mineral notes, OK. In mouth, a rather chalky interpretation with light mint finale, herbaceous, ok. Cask at Bières et Saveurs 2019.
