Bottle: Poured a clear bright yellow color ale with a medium size foamy head with good retention and some light lacing. Aroma consists of wheat malt with light sweet notes and light bubble-gum ester. Taste is also dominated by solid wheat malt notes with light residual sugar notes. There is also a bit of coriander that is noticeable. Body is about average with good carbonation. I had great expectation after having their IPA earlier this year but this fell a bit short.

Malt forward IPA that’s actually fairly decent. A surprise for these guys. Pours translucent orange without much head or lacing. Strong barley smell with light hops - more along the English IPA tradition than otherwise. Average carbonation. On tap.

This is your standard white beer widely available on tap when you are in Montreal. It pours a cloudy gold and has a nice mild clove spicy aroma with hints of citrus. The taste is clean and flavorful and pretty much what you’d want from a witbier. Not outstanding but I’d put it up head to head with Hoegaarden any day. A nice everyday white beer. ---update---- Bottle at my buddy Marc’s it pours a light cloudy straw gold with a big fluffy head. The aroma is spicy cloves, wheat & lemon. Nice soft mouthfeel. The taste is a solid witbier: wheat, citrus zest & coriander/cloves.

Black colour, beige head. Aroma of roasted malts, coffee, light sweet. Sweet flavour, malty, sweet milk chocolate. Quite creaymy. Short finish, light roasted malts.
A bit too sweet, but nice.

341 ml shared bottle, ABV is 5%. Reddish brown colour, moderate off-white head. Moderate aroma of grain, malts and some caramel. Soft flavour, some caramel but not very sweet, very little bitterness. Nice enough to drink, but not very exciting.
