Very pale straw colour. The aroma is vaguely spicy-hoppy. Ditto the palate. This doesn’t mean that the spicy hop is a factor in the beer, because it isn’t. But you can’t taste anything else either.

Clear golden with a medium white head. Sweet aroma with malty aroma with caramel notes. Sweet flavour with malty and caramel notes. Finished dry.

50 cL can, courtesy of Papsoe. Pours clear and pale yellow with a small white to fully gone head. Aroma is flat rice malty. Bitter and mild citric cornish aroma. Dry rice like finish, light bitter and vague citric.

Can 50 cl. Courtesy of my cousin Martin Papsø. Pours a clear yellow with a white head. Sweet aroma of malt, brewing cereal and a whiff of flowery hops. Medium body, smooth mouthfeel and notes of brewing cereal. Discreetly hoppy finish. 100110

Dull gold with no head. Plasticy, gasoliney aroma with a hint of apple sauce. Water, with some vague foulness and grains. Disappears quite quickly.

From Nanning Tsingtao. Pale straw. Thin head did not last. The aroma shows very vague hints of bready malts and spicy hops. Light body, but it has some sour-hop character, which is not unusual for Tsingtao brews.

33cl bottle, local store. Pours clear very pale yellow color, very fast fading thin white head. Aroma is very faint, sweet malty i´d say. Flavour reminds me of cardboard and some cheap white wine with a slight bitterness in the finish. Odd taste in mouth afterwards. Overall not as bad as one could think from the points IMO.

Light brown colour. Slightly fruity, slightly coffeeish aroma with that metallic note characteristic of the lamer macro darks. Thick body. Has a burnt fruit character like an impy. Long finish is chocolatey, raisiny and with light alcohol as well. For such a lousy aroma, the palate on this brew actually delivers a good foreign stout.
