Bottle (thanx to jfb!!!):Pale golden, cloudy, some floaties visible, small and loose White head, moderately spicy (X-mas and cough-syrup and herbs de Provence) sourish-sweet nose; moderate sourish-sweet flavour, light bodied, a bit fizzy; light spicy and sourish finish. Like a diluted cough-syrup with a dash of lemon-juice...; no hope without hops!

Unfiltered orange-tan. Thin white head. Medium bodied, very smooth and creamy on the palate. Banana, tangy hops, mild smoke, clove, bubblegum. Really pleasant sour tones. Hyper sessionable.

Smell of berries, grain, cardamom, pepper, glögg, ginger. Yellow-greyish muddy colour. White head that diminishes quickly. Aroma of yeast, basement, ginger, pepper, honey, some glögg. Apples in finish. Fruity, with "Christmas flavours". Lively and plentiful carbon. Rather exciting taste. Mostly sweet.

Small mediumlasting head. Aroma is slightly sour-ish, slightly smoked light malts, grass, berries, sorrel, hay, soap. Taste is slightly dry, light malts, hay, berries, caramel, hints of smoke. Medium bitterness and dry mouthfeel. Next!

16.9 oz bottle. Slightly hazy golden with a nice lasting fine off-white head. Light smokey sour aromas and flavors. A bit of a hoppy bite. very interesting wheat beer.

On tap at he Green Dragon. Pours a clear golden color with a large white head. A big earthy malty wheat nose, not much tartness or fruit. The flavor though is balanced between nice tart cherry and sawdust and mellow sweet earthy flavor including wheat, some honey. Very good.

Bottle courtesy of ericdevin. Fruity wheat malt and strong clove aroma. Cloudy dark straw gold with a large white head. Light smoky malt, and tart fruity flavor with just the slightest hint of hops in the finish. LIght body, moderate carbonation. Very minimally smoky flavored, light, and easy drinking.

Pours hazy golden with a huge white head. Aroma has notes of malt, wheat, banana, clove and hint of tart/lactic acid. Taste is light sweet and light to medium sour with a dry, wheat and sour finish. Body is light, texture is thin, carbonation is soft.

Bottle. It pours a big, white head over a lighlty hazy pale golden body. Banana and cloves in the aroma, some wheat as well. Both sweet and tart on the palate, with a pleasant level of carbonation. Dryish. Some banana and cloves in the flavor, as well as a touch of lemon juice and bitterness. Not much bitterness though. Tart, yet sweetish, finish which sort of cleans the palate. Well, I find it interesting, but there’s too much regular German hefeweizen in this one. 130805

Refrigerated 0.5 L brown bottle poured into a english pint glass. Pours hazy deep golden with one finger white head. Aroma is slight smoke, medium body, low carbonation, and little lacing. Taste is tart and some light smoke. Interesting, but not something I would go out of my way to have again.
