Fra fat på The Garden en fin solskinnslørdag i februar: uklar gammelrød med kort skum. Mye bringebær i aroma, mer rips og blåbær i (pluss litt vanilje) i smaken. Lav bitterhet uten at det blir for søtt. Frisk og spenstig avslutning. Endelig er Yeastside i gang igjen!

Gusher... pours hazy pale yellow with a white head. Aroma has notes of malt, floral and grass. Taste is light sweet and light bitter with a long grainy, floral and grassy finish. Body is light, texture is thin, carbonation is soft.

Fra fat på ØST: klar gyldenrød med kort skum. Forsiktig karbonert, slik at de delikate nyansene kommer til sin rett - bringebær, sitronskall, noe som minner om sure kirsebær, samt eik/vanilje fra fatlagringen. En raffinert og særdeles velsmakende surøl.

On tap at Nærbø Ølfestival. An unclear orange-golden colored beer topped by a small off-white head leaving some lacing. The aroma has a hint of elderflower, along with some pine cones and a very light maltyness. All quite weak, and that goes for the flavor too, except there's the elderflower are more pronounced. Generic fruityness, some pale malts and pine cones too. It's medium to full-bodied, semi-dry and nicely carbonated, with a rather short finish. Overall, a bit too gentle this one, but at least it's easy drinkable and quite refreshing. 191005

On tap at På Kornet. A dark reddish colored beer, close to purple in color, topped by a small pink head. The aroma has lots of tonka, with berries, some cocoa and licorice hints, blackcurrant and vanilla. Sourish fruityness too. It's full-bodied and nicely carbonated, with quite a lot of acidity. As in the aroma, there's lots of tonka, as well as berry-ish and fruity sourness, lemon hints, vanilla and cocoa. Lasting finish with tonka and berries. Quite unusual with tonka beans in a fruit beer, but it works well I think. 191004

On tap at Bøker & Børst. It's an unclear yellow-orange colored beer with a small white head. The aroma has tropical fruits, generic fruityness, some rhubarb-like notes and a touch of pale malts. It's dryish on the palate, medium to full-bodied, with a decent carbonation. A light bitterness in the flavor, along with lots of fruityness and a juicy tropical touch. Lasting finish. A refreshing and quite tasteful one. 191004

330 ml can, batch #001, from Vaaland, Bryne. ABV is 4.7%. Moderately hazy golden colour, huge white head, takes a long time to settle. Aroma of citrus, a hint of tropical fruits. Smooth flavour, notes of citrus and tropical fruits again, some resin in the moderately bitter finish.
