Bottle, 75cl. A clear straw colored cider with some white head. Sweetish apple aroma with a hint of apple pie. Pear notes. Some herbal hints. It's medium to full bodied, lightly warming, with a decent carbonation. Apple, pear, fruity sweetness, herbal and grassy notes in the flavor. Long finish. A bit sweet, but nice. 230304

Bottle, 75cl corked. A clear straw colored cider with some carbonation. No head though. The aroma has a light cellar note, some apple cores and warm apple jam, but mostly it's fresh apple. A touch of alcohol too. It's sort of silky on the palate, full to medium bodied, semi-dry and with a soft carbonation. Apple driven flavor, of course, with some notes of cellar, grass, wood and apple peel. A bit short finish. Sure a pleasant one, but in a way I feel there's something missing in all stages of the experience. Might work better with food. 230111

Bottle. 75cl corked. A sparkling one, producing a short-lived white head. Some white bubbles around the rim all the time though. Clear, deep golden colored body. The aroma is rather sulfury at first, but some time in the glass solves that problem. Fresh apple, some notes of overripe apple, hints of grass and leaves, and a wee touch of something herbal, lemon zesty. It's full-bodied and very lightly warming on the palate, with a very soft carbonation. Mostly on the dry side, with some tannins. The flavor has a little alcohol sting, as well as notes of birch leaves, grass and a faint touch of lemon zest, but mostly it's fresh apple juice. Medium length finish. Not bad at all this one, but it feels a bit straight forward in a way. 221210

Bottle, 75cl corked. A few white bubbles rests on top of a lightly sparkling, mostly clear deep golden colored body. Ripe apple, apple juice, apple storage, some grass and yeast in the aroma, with some alcohol as well. Faintly foresty. It's lightly warming on the palate, softly carbonated and with a light sweetness. Mostly on the dry side though. Apple juice, ripe apple, apple jam notes, grass hints and some notes of leaves and apple cores. Very short finish. Not bad this one, but the short finish sort of ruins the joy of drinking it. 221119
