Bottle, 75cl, bought at the source. Apple, honey and dried fruit. Some alcohol. Oxidation notes. Too much carbonation for such a heavy cider I think, but there's quite a lot of good aromas and flavors here. 747314 260718

Bottle, 75cl, from the farm shop. Lightly funky and sweet. Hints of diacetyl and autolysis. Yellow apple and pear, hints of leaves and freshly sawed off branches. Overall, too much on the sweet side for me, but nice anyway. Quite complex too. 646312 260712

Bottle, 75cl. From the source. Apple juice driven with a floral hint and a touch of lemon juice. Perhaps a tad too much lemon. Anyway, it's sure a nice and tasteful drink. 747412 260606

Rapport fra Jæren Fråholdslag, hvor vi nettopp har gjort oss ferdige med månedens nye pusekatter. Nervevraket er følgelig solid behandlet og vi er klare for en lettere ganerenser i form av denne 0,75 flasken fra gledeshuset på Kvadrat: lett uklar gylden med kort bruseskum. Epler og gule plommer og ikke så mye mer, hverken i aroma eller smak. Mye bunnfall (verten må nok få kontroll på sin tremor). Sikkert ok til mat, men alene står den ikke akkurat fjellstøtt.
