Bottle, 75cl. It's a hazy pale golden orange cider, with a minimalistic white head. Ongoing carbonation. The aroma is lightly funky, with apple meat and peel. Some herbal, grassy notes and a generic fruity touch. It's medium bodied and genlty carbonated, with little acidity. Apple, generic fruit and a herbal touch in the flavor. Medium length finish. Taste is sweet sour-ish fruity, concentrated apple juice, apple peel, citrus, dried apples, leafs, flowers, apple cores, sorrel, hints of baked caramelized apples. Medium to longlasting bitterness, slightly dry sour-ish fruity mouthfeel. Nice taste.

Bottle, 75cl. A hazy sparkling beer with some white bubbles on top. Pale yellow-golden. Lightly sourish, funky aroma with a clean apple scent. Some grass too. It's full to medium bodied, well carbonated and mostly on the dry side, with a light acidity. Lemony, funky, earthy flavor with fresh apple juice dominating. A light citrus zest touch too. Medium length finish. A decent one, just not my cup of tea. 240807

Bottle @ home. Unclear golden body under a minimalistic white head. Aroma has ripe apple, apple core and a bit perfumed. Taste is sweet with some acidity, apple core, apple marmalade, mild acidity and something that feels a bit artificial like bubble gum or something in that direction. Fine body with the same sweet and slightly artificial aftertaste. Drinkable but not a cider I could have a lot of.
