Taste is slightly dry sour-ish fruity, apple cores, sour apples, leafs, hay, grass, minerals, yeast, apple peel, flowers. Medium bitterness, slightly dry sour-ish fruity mouthfel. Nice enough.

Flat, clear dark golden. Aroma is slightly dry sour-ish fruity, apple cores, unripe apples, grass, bark, minerals, alcohol, leafs, apple peel. Taste is sweet sour-ish fruity, concentrated apple juice, apple peel, citrus, dried apples, leafs, flowers, apple cores, sorrel, hints of baked caramelized apples. Medium to longlasting bitterness, slightly dry sour-ish fruity mouthfeel. Nice taste.

YG 070924. Golden-yellow color with a white head. Aroma is apple, sourness, grass. Flavor is apple, sourness, funk, citrus, grass. OK cider.

Bottle, 75cl. A hazy sparkling beer with some white bubbles on top. Pale yellow-golden. Lightly sourish, funky aroma with a clean apple scent. Some grass too. It's full to medium bodied, well carbonated and mostly on the dry side, with a light acidity. Lemony, funky, earthy flavor with fresh apple juice dominating. A light citrus zest touch too. Medium length finish. A decent one, just not my cup of tea. 240807

Nice fizzy shortlasting head, cloudy yellow-ish color. Aroma is slightly dry sour-ish fruity, apple cores, leafs, flowers, hay, apple peel, minerals, herbs, dusty apples. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish fruity, unripe apples, apple peel, sorrel, minerals, grass, leafs, bark, alcohol, paper. Medium bitterness, slightly harsh sour-ish grassy mouthfeel. Fair enough.

Bottle @ home. Unclear golden body under a minimalistic white head. Aroma has ripe apple, apple core and a bit perfumed. Taste is sweet with some acidity, apple core, apple marmalade, mild acidity and something that feels a bit artificial like bubble gum or something in that direction. Fine body with the same sweet and slightly artificial aftertaste. Drinkable but not a cider I could have a lot of.

750 ml dark brown bottle, vintage 2023, from the cidery. ABV is 6%. Golden to orange colour, slightly hazy. Pours sparkling with a moderate and shortlived white head. Aroma of apples, yellow plums and meadowsweet. Dry flavour of meadowsweet and apples, hints of yellow plums in the background.

Taste is dry sour-ish floral, sorrel, sour unripe apples, brett, apple cores, mild vinegar, flowers, leafs, minerals, alcohol, hints of honey. Medium bitterness, slightly harsh sour-ish floral mouthfeel. Weird. Maybe a small infection in this one?
