750 ml dark brown bottle, vintage 2023, from the cidery. ABV is 6%. Golden to orange colour, slightly hazy. Pours sparkling with a moderate and shortlived white head. Aroma of apples, yellow plums and meadowsweet. Dry flavour of meadowsweet and apples, hints of yellow plums in the background.

Small fizzy mediumlasting head, cloudy golden color. Aroma is slightly sweet funky floral, dusty ripe apples, yeast, leafs, flowers, apple cores, minerals, paper, hints of honey and mild vinegar. Taste is dry sour-ish floral, sorrel, sour unripe apples, brett, apple cores, mild vinegar, flowers, leafs, minerals, alcohol, hints of honey. Medium bitterness, slightly harsh sour-ish floral mouthfeel. Weird. Maybe a small infection in this one?

Nice fizzy shortlasting head, hazy orangy color. Aroma is strange funky fruity, buttery with a mixture of overripe sour apples, mild vinegar and yeasty homebrewing booze I remember from my childhood. Taste is slightly dry funky fruity, sour concentrated apple juice, mild vinegar, yeast, butter, flowers, alcohol, apple cores, sorrel. Medium bitterness, slightly dry sour-ish fruity mouthfeel. Some weird shit!

375 ml slimline bottle, vintage 2022, bought at the cidery. ABV is 10%. Apple variety is Aroma. Clear and deep golden colour, no carbonation. Aroma of concentrated apple juice, oak and sulphites. Very sweet and intense flavour, with the same elements.
