Can. Pale hazy golden, white head. Grassy, nice gooseberry, green grapes, medium light sparkly body, subtle hop notes, nice sparkling, grape retronasal. Great beer, put it in a glass, not on the table.

Bottle at Winter Affair 2026. Huge thanks Vojta! Brownish hazy body, off-white head. Smooth, fresh barrely aroma, loads of raisins. Nice! Lean, dry, smooth caramelly taste, the body's nice, but getting old barrel vibes as well, which kinda bring the experience down. Eh...

Bottle at Winter Affair 2026, huge thanks Vojta! Brownish amber body, no head. Oily, bit peaty aroma, raisins and glue. Lean, dry, tart taste, raisins all over the place... will give it another shot, but I didn't love the notes personally.

Tap at WInter Affair 2026. Clear pale yellow-golden body, white head, lookin' good! Citric, sharp juicy hoppy aroma. Lean, dry, smooth taste, floral, light citric notes. Well balanced, sessionable beer, maybe, maybe with slightly less bitterness than I like, but this is an excellent beer!

I like it. Thinnish highly attenuated bod, low carbo. High sour, nice mix of med-light aceti, med lacto, good interplay with med roast. Med-light cherry, fermented, so not so assertive. Lots of barnyard. Medium wood, mostly clean. Overall a nice rollcoast
