(Draught at In De Wildeman, Amsterdam, 2 Aug 2010) Pale orange colour with brief, frothy, white head. Fruity nose with soft notes of apples. Fruity, gentle taste with apples, apple blossom and a well balanced sweetness. Rather clean taste. Hardly exceptional but fairly refreshing and drinkable.

On draft at Sully’s in Louisville. Pours a clear light golden with no head and no carbonation. Aroma is apple and taste is apple. Simple (if you like apple juice you will probably like this) but good.

draft - Pours orange-gold and bubbly. There’s a mild green apple aroma and a sweet green apple flavor. It’s kind of watery as well. Drinkable. Nothing impressive.

clear, slightly yellow, fizz when being poured but no head. faint aroma (also for a perry). very faint sugary pear note. flavor is pretty strange. the bitter fruity peel flavor from apple cider, but not the apple taste. quite dry. flavor a bit like a bad champaigne. mostly just sparkling water.

.33L bottle, almost no head, clear extremly pale yellow colour, aroma of pear with something chemical, pearish flavour with maybe a vinous hint, medium sweetness but quite diluted and light. Not very good.

568 ml green bottle, bought at Vaaland Spesialbutikkken, Bryne. ABV is 4.5%. Contains sulphites. Made with pears as the sole fruit. Crystal clear extremely pale greyish-greenish yellow colour, pours very fizzy with a moderate but short-lived head. Moderate aroma of pears and oxidised apples. Thin mouthfeel. Flavour of pears (of course), pear drops and sugar, but not extremely sweet. Could have been better, could have been worse.

Light apple aroma, slightly rubbery. Effervescent amber. Watery, but nicely balanced between sweet and tart.

made the mistake of having this one all day @ a wedding in clonmel. was thinking that it wouldnt kill me, had the worst f%$#&@g headache, and the worst heartburn of my life. nice when you mix ONE in with a few beers, but i dont think cider is my thing.

Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. [20100118]
