Description
Bríd’s Cross Brewing was first dreamt up in the winter of 2021-22. After a year of planning and preparation, our first commercial beer was released in September 2023.
We brew a range of traditional cask ales, as well as modern beer styles in keg and can. Our beers are inspired by, and named after, folk tales and mythology associated with the British Isles.
Moved from Fieldhouse Road, Rochdale to new location is Kansas Avenue, Salford, in 2026, to co-locate / cuckoo at Hideaway Brewing.

Healthy pale ale with a nice taste and dryness. Lots of hoppiness and happiness as my spell checker wants it to read.

Cask @ Fox And Goose, Hebden Bridge. Dark brown with a creamy-frothy head. Pleasantly dark-malty, some brown ale maltiness in its aftertaste. Easier strength but feeling fuller in the palate. Mild roasted notes.

Cask @ Fox And Goose, Hebden Bridge. Golden-orange with a smallish head. Hoppy tropical-fruit aroma and taste, with the fruit a little more dominant in this respect.

(Cask at Cask Pub & Kitchen, Pimlico, London, 12 May 2024) Reddish amber colour with frothy, beige head. Malty, hoppy nose with notes of caramel, red fruit, resin and orange peel. Malty, hoppy taste with caramel, toffee, red fruit, pink grapefruit, resin and a balanced citric/resiny bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with a certain sweetness. A bit sharp, but tasty and refreshing. Quite nice.
