Dark brown with a frothy off-white head and a mellow chocolate malt and dark fruit aroma. Fresh and fruity, some roasted malt, chocolate notes, a hint of coffee and a dry finish.

Can. Nose is earthy, dark malt, toast, hint of coffee and roast. Taste is toast, hint of smoke, umami, almost salty burnt toast, and an ash finish. Slightly thin body.
I really love the nose. Simple but incredibly evocative

Can. German porter. Noise is dark malt, spice, fruit cake, hint of cola. Tate is dark malt, hint of cola, smoke, meaty umami note, leading to a thin spicy finish.
I want familiar with a German porter as a district style. Very much enjoyed

I really like this.

My kind of beer. Good malty body, packed full of piney, citrus hops, with a great bitterness in the finish.
Lovely, rich chocolate and coffee malts, roasty with a smooth finish.

Can bought at Elusive. Aroma has stone fruit and citrus. Sour. Bitter. Over a big malty base. Spice. Hazy dark orange. Thick fluffy frothy foamy white head. Flavourwise this is bitter. Resin. Spice. Bitter tart citrus. Peripheral juicy sweetness. Underlying hints of malts. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Soft-fizzy carbonation. Long dry astringent finish. Punchy APA.
