IVO Brewery is a venture started in January 2020 by Charlie Abbott and Jason Jones, two neighbours living in Somersham, Cambridgeshire.

At IVO we pride ourselves on brewing beers that we would buy ourselves. With a focus on flavour, all of our beers are 100% vegan, true to style and full of taste.

Sample courtesy of Grumbo, cheers! Aroma of pineapple, peach, mango and orange zest. Taste is biter but slightly watery. The fruity hops do come through. Nice.

Cask at the Peterborough beer festival 2024. A a clear deep orange coloured pour with a halo of off white head. Aroma is woody orange, tea leaves, hint of smoke. Flavour is composed of earthy grains, grass, dirty farmyard hop, bark. Palate is semi dry grainy,

23/8/2023. Cask at the 44th Peterborough Beer Festival. Pours clear very dark brown with a small bubbly beige head. Aroma is sweet, malty, lightly roasted, toffee, golden syrup, biscuit. Medium plus sweetness, moderate bitterness. Medium body, oily, soft carbonation. Nicely done. Aroma of toffee, biscuit, malt, hint of coconut, dried fruits. Medium plus sweetness, moderate bitterness. Medium to full body, very soft carbonation. Very nice.
