Pretty cloudy blond beige head, small creamy white head, unstable, falls down quickly, non adhesive. Aroma: lots and lots of citrus, earthy, very mineral. MF: very lively carbon, medium body. Taste: nice, lots and lots of citrus, hay, mineral, nice acidity. Aftertaste: mineral, salty touch, nice, very lemony, zesty, lime juice, sweet touch, very nice, lots of bergamot.

Bouteille 33cl de et partagée avec Tderoeck et Klaas, merci.
Dorée, léger voile, col léger blanc.
Arôme est marqué par les agrumes et un parfum bien placé et très frais pour la saison - petite note d'accompagnement qui glisse sur la minéralité et se prête bien au caractère du cédrat.
Palais est très sec, finement salin, effet un peu pâtissier - pas mal d'agrumes avec un apport délicat du cédrat que j'avais découvert il y a peu, avec une réalisation d'un jus, donc un agrume doux avec une amertume franche à la peau, qui se mange et est l'intérêt du cédrat, très épaisse pour peu de rendu niveau jus - une gose qui reste plus dans une approche classique avec ce côté citrique qui perdure - malgré une effervescence assez, voire un peu trop, haute.

Absolutely enormous snowwhite head, filling the glass with foam and not even a finger of totally veiled pale yellow beer. Citrus, Thai herbs, kafirleaf, very fresh & inviting and of course Bergamot. All the above + a shot of salicylic acid and minerality in the mouth. Light bodied, overcarbonated, refreshing. That's a nice one! Original too. A pity about the foaming. Txs to Stef!

@ BXL Beerfest, hazy dark brown, thin layer of foam. Very grainy, woody with vinous notes. Tart grainy and a vinous finish. Strange, but not bad.
