[Cask at the Old Manor (JDW), Bracknell.] Pale amber with a thin white head; floral aroma; dry floral taste; then crisp and bitter, with a slightly metallic finish. Rather good.

Cask @ Old Harker's Arms, Chester. Pours clear gold, small pure white topping. Aroma doughy bready yeast. Taste is smooth, light, bready blonde character, subtle floral hop notes, light bitterness. Well-rounded, familiar blonde territory.

12/4/2019. Cask gravity at the Hull Real Ale & Cider Festival 2019. Pours clear golden amber with a small bubbly off-white head. Aroma of caramel, hops, malt and fruit, with light butter and a hint of pine. Medium plus sweetness, moderate bitterness. Moderate body, slight oily and watery texture, soft carbonation.

23/2/2019. Cask at the Great British Winter Beer Festival 2019, Norwich. Pours clear bright gold with a frothy white head. Aroma of hops, citrus, grapefruit, resin and grass. Medium sweetness, moderate bitterness. Moderate body, oily texture, soft carbonation. Dry finish.

[Cask at the Old Manor (JDW), Bracknell.] A dark mahogany pour with a tight creamy cap; aroma of toasted oats; sweet bready body, with porridge oats and some chocolate malt adding flavour and bitterness; then a silky finish. A rather good stout.
