Undated can at the brewery, 12/19/24. Blood red cherry. Clear. Pink head falls quickly to cover. Deep, cherry spice with a bit of syrupy, warming liquor barrel. Excellent fruit character with pepper, wax, pit, skin..the whole shebang. No booze, no excess sugar. Rich, fruity, juicy, impressively-extracted and expressed cherry. Really just everything's not here is cherry, yet there's some light oak and barrel tannin plus high attenuation to balance the bit of sweet, syrupy richness. Maybe a bit intense with cherry and cherry brandy, but the flavor is exquisite.

Can at the brewery, 12/19/24. Dark. Clear with deep auburn highlights. Large, light tan head slowly fades to cover. Bright mix of wintergreen and pine-like hops with mild chocolate and mild roast. Some caramel underneath. Very clean and polished. Juicy, rich, citrusy and wintergreeny hops on a slightly syrupy-chocolatey body with minimal roast. Big flavors but drying out nicely on the finish with moderate bitterness and lingering chocolate and hop spice. Fresh yeast. Clean. Alchemist still crushing it....

Can shared by Kyle, thanks! Pours a slightly hazy yellow gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has dank citrus and some onion with a bit of marijuana and sweet grains backing. Flavor has dank citrus with sweet grains with a growing onion and earthy pine backing.

Pint can. Pours a hazy yellow color with a huge white head that has decent retention. The aroma is a big blast of mixed fresh citrus. The taste is grapefruit, melons and orange pith. The palate is full and viscous with soft carbonation. Finishes long with lingering bitter orange pith. Overall: Decent, this was ground breaking stuff back in 2011 but today its just another dipa
