Ingeblikt 03-11-26.

Batch 3 canned 5/20/24, drunk 6/1/24. Mostly clear, bright, lemon brass. White head quickly to partial cover. Shit ton of mosaic, wow. But it's well done, without any scallion. Peach, apricot, unripe nectarine with big lemongrass and spice. Malty, but not sugary. No booze, resin or weird yeast. Lemongrass, with lots of rich malt. Orange rind and tea. Honey and plentiful bitterness. Not the best expression of Mosaic, but still very respectable. Lots of spice and herbs, big malts, decent attenuation. Interesting. Not sure I'd want much more than a few sips, though.

Can ordered from Elbow Cask & Craft, Hinckley. Hazy-opaque amber. Thick fluffy foamy white head. Decent lacing. Aroma has resinous bitterness and light fruit over rough-hewn malts. Flavourwise it's got a bitter resinous core running through citrus and light stone fruit sweetness. Really quite bitter. Underlying grainy malts. Medium bodied. Oily. Miniscule sediments add a chalky texture for the tongue. Bitter boi Hazy, baby.

Can ordered from Elbow Cask & Craft, Hinckley. Hazy-opaque amber-orange. Thick fluffy foamy white head. Aroma has resin over canned stone fruit and chewy malts. Flavourwise it's bitter - full-on resin. Prickly gooseberry tart edge. Underlying restrained fruit attempts to buffer against the bitterness but doesn't manage to do so. Although there is more of a fruity tang alongside sourness into the finish. Light-medium bodied. Slick verging on oily. Soft-fizzy carbonation. Long dry astringent finish. Certainly hits the spot and refreshingly bitter. Addendum - I didn't rush thus one. As I drank on it got more fruity. Not overly fruity but more fruit.

Can at home in the garden, from J and B Craft Drinks, Amsterdam, 3rd May 2026. Pours light golden and off clear. Taste is bitter, citrus and pith, smooth and so balanced a great bitter and balanced session IPA, like a lower abv Focal

Medium body. Vrij veel koolzuur. Lange, fors bittere afdronk.

Undated can (ca. 4/3/26), drunk 4/17/26.
Very rich and zesty, with a bright, piquant, rather acidic juiciness. Banana-pineapple-lemon-papaya-tangerine. I don't know. Earth and mineral in there, with the ultra pale malt adding a dainty, honey-like sweetness to easily balance.
Wow that is different! On the drier side with a lemon zest, mineral, earth character, yet also a bit of creamy, drier banana character. Near perfect malt depth and attenuation, as the series continues to deliver. The hop is a bit dry, overly zesty/acidic, despite being quite interesting. Well-done as always, if not in love with the hop itself. Do applaud the experimentation.
