Forced into having a bottle here as a medical emergency meant the line cleaning was not finished yet. Golden-blonde out of its glass container and it's a light carbonated lemony-citrus lager in both its aroma and taste.

Cask at Moon under Water, Wolverhampton. Pours golden amber with a small frothy off-white head and good lacing. There’s malts and caramel in the aroma. In the mouth it starts off sweetish but quite quickly becomes more bitter. Flavour has traditional hops, malts and autumn fruits, with hints of lemongrass and berry fruits. Some sweetness returns in the finish. This is reasonable – walks a tightrope between sweet malts and bitter hops.
