Keg at Tapps, Rhos. Obviously some confusion as the beer board stated this was a TIPA. Opaque-hazy copper gold. Thin foamy white head. Aroma has soft sweet edged fruit. Peripheral booze and resin. Flavourwise there an initial resinous bitter impact, followed by sweet canned fruit. Underlying malts. Booze. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Soft-fizzy carbonation. Long dry astringent finish. After the sweet aroma this was far punchier than I was expecting..Good stuff.

Cask at Ebenezers, Crewe. Pours a murky grapefruit with minimal almost white head and good lacing. Not much of an aroma just some hints of tropical fruit. In the mouth it is slightly sweet and smooth with a creamy texture. Flavour is muted but includes melon, mango, citrus and hints of floral hops. Finish is slightly dry. This is reasonable if somewhat bland.

Can. Hazy yellowish gold beer, a very healthy size off head. Airy palate, semi dry, decent fine carbonation. Airy pale malts, thin bodied, a light creamy sweetness. Sabro hops bring light pine, light but fairly tangy pineapple, very mild coconut. Airy and semi dry finish. A bit tangy and a bit dry to be a good Sabro showcase.
