Weekend Project is a project by Mobberley Brewhouse (MBH), focused on brewing modern craft beer styles, while MBH itself is more focused on more traditional leaning beers.

Can from the Otherworld taproom. Pours milky yellow gold with a thick white head. Aromas of peach, pineapple and melon. Taste is more of the same. Light sweet finish.

Can from Against The Grain. Hazy golden beer with a thick off-white head. No visible carbonation. Good lacing. Aroma of orange zest and melon rind. Flavour of pine and orange. Medium body with a smooth texture. Soft fizz. A solid and tasty DIPA.

Can from Lupe Pintos. Hazy golden body with a thin white head. Steady carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of melon and lemon sponge. Flavour of orange and white bread. Medium body with a smooth. Soft fizz. Smooth and hoppy.

Hazed marmalade orange topped with an off white cap that thins to a swirl.
Nose is bitter orange, grass, ripe melon, grape must.
Taste comprises bitter orange, melon, citric tinged straw, stone fruit.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spiked with juicy come grassy hop bitterness.

500ml can from Krafty J's in Jersey. Pours black with a light beige foamy head. Aromas & tastes of milk chocolate, coffee, liquorice, marshmallow, vanilla, biscuit & roasted malt. Medium body. Sweet light bitter finish.

Hand pulled half pint in the Market Cat, York on 20th May 2026. Hazy body, golden in colour, white roof on top. Orange juice like nose and initial taste, calmed down though.

Can from Against The Grain. Clear golden body with an off-white head. Steady carbonation. Patchy lacing. Aroma of pineapple and grapefruit. Flavour of lemon and straw with a bitter finish. Medium body with a slick texture. Light fizz. Bold and bitter.

One of two collaboration brews between brewers - both released at the same time, they are a white and a black IPA, and both on in my pub so a happy series fulfilling day here! This White IPA is a little more fruity than expected, but decent nevertheless. A golden colour with tropical notes.

6/5/2026. Can shared by LazyPyro, cheers Chris! Fizzy pour. Aroma is fruity, wheaty, orange, flowers, green banana. Medium sweet, slight tart edge. Quite drinkable.
