Dark brown. On the nose, some chocolate. On the palate, lots of chocolate, and a fair bit of coffee. A touch of that green pepper vegetal note that coffee sometimes kicks off. The underlying base is somewhat light, actually. There's a bit of bourbon that becomes prominent as this moves through the finish. It's okay, certainly thin and not 100% on point for Bottle Logic.

16.9 oz. bottle, pours jet black with a small dark brown head. Nose is full of rich coffee, dark cocoa, bourbon, and plenty of sugars. Flavour is dominated by the coffee, with deep dark roasted coffee, some cocoa, lactose, and a touch of bourbon barrels. There’s sugar in there from Bottle Logic’s lactose-infused base, but otherwise it’s less sweet for them. Not hugely complex, but the coffee notes are nice. Good but not amazing.

Poured from 500mL bottle (2024 release). Near black with small tan head. Quite dry dark chocolate and coffee, light woody barrel background, it's a little bit one note and definitely a sipper. I feel like this would pair nicely at a wine and chocolate night.

500mL bottle. Pours nearly black with a small brown head. Espresso, dark chocolate, and bourbon on the nose. Flavour has a ton of espresso, gentle roast, and some bourbon barrels. Fairly dry; a bit one-dimensional. This is good, but not outstanding.

Panda thanks to Wingman. A light haze on this orange gold beer, small bubbly off white head. Light palate, airy, good fine minerally carbonation. Light bodied pale malts, trace of cereal and a forward sweetness. Soft pine contrasts with aggressive hop spice. Light pine into juicy if slightly ripe citrus and stone fruits. The hop spice has legs and just keeps going through the light and semi dry finish. Enthusiastic!

Bottled 500ml. -from Ambasada Zagreb, shared with Marko & Hrabren. Black coloured, minimal brown head, alcohol and vanilla in the nose. Dark chocolate, oak, vanilla, alcohol and light nutty with touch of almond in the finish. Bit warming but overall enjoyable.

473ml can. Murky orange with a white head. Aroma of ripe tropical fruits, papaya, grapefruit, a little savoury. Taste is tropical, fruity, papaya, peach, pineapple, grapefruit, lime, fairly sweet and a little savoury again, some balancing hop bitterness to finish. Thick full body. Very good but the savoury notes bring my rating down a little.

Bottle, huge thanks Branko and Vresk. Pitch black body, oily, no head. Enormous maple, chocolate, big minerally, sweetish. Smooth, sweetish carob, vanilla, maple, cocoa taste, with a significant alcohol kick by the finish. Really excellent until the finish, still pretty very, very good.

0.5l bottle, huge thanks H&O! Very dark brown body, no head. Huge aroma, mainly alcohol... this is a bit young still (3 months since its release hah), but heaps of honey, nougat, caramel, vanilla, heaps of mandulat (torrone/halva-adjacent almond thing)... shows promise really! Smooth taste, pistacchio ice cream, nougat, honey, vanilla, alcohol bite, kinda pleasant, kinda rough. Maybe would be better in a year.
