4 oz draft. Thank you, Adam Sandler on the share. Aroma is a butter cookie or cookie dough melted on top of bourbon. Flavor follows with just a nice soft spice in the finish that helps cut through the sweetness.. Really delicious.

500mL bottle, pours motor oil black with a small tan head. Nose brings out big chipotle pepper, big cocoa nibs, big bourbon barrels, and a touch of vanilla. Flavour is really rich and surprisingly less sweet, with big smoky chipotle and other such peppers, vanilla, deep dark cocoa, and big boozy bourbon barrels rounding this out. Wonderful pepper mix, fairly low sweetness relative to Bottle Logic’s standards. Excellent.

Poured from 500mL bottle. Very dark brown with minimal beige head. Lots of dark chocolate with a subtle chillis and cinnamon underlay, touch of bourbon and vanilla in the background, very nice.
