Description
Shiny was established in 2012, as a small scale operation, brewing in Derby mainly for its brew pub. Now based in the beautiful village of Little Eaton, just outside of Derby. The brewery is based in the centre of the village and has a taproom which features all Shiny’s new beers and one off pilots. Our beer story began with untraditional highly hopped cask beer and now has evolved into brewing a range of cask, keg and cans, the ethos is still the same brew beers we love to drink which means lots of hops! All beers are unfined and a good number of our core range is certified Gluten Free.

Cask at the Wellington, Birmingham. Poured a slightly hazy golden colour with a thin broken white head. The aroma is grainy malt, funky yeast. The flavour is light bitter, with a smooth, malt, yeasty, light citrus, herbal, dry, light hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.
