From cask at Kelham Island Tavern. Pours clear and golden amber with a small tan head. Aroma is roasted malty and slight fruity. Dark malty and roasted. Lingering malty and slight fruity. Rather bitter finish.

From cask at University Arms. Pours almost clear yellow with a small white head. Aroma is cornish and slight grassy hops. Fruity, mild citrusy and light spiced hoppy. Simple and easy. Ends slight bitter and mild fruity.

From cask at University Arms. Pours dark brown with a deep golden orange glare and a small tan head. Aroma is roasted malty, liqourice and vaguely tarish. Slight tarish and liqourice in the flavour. Mild bitterness coming through. Roasted caramelish/toffee sweet finish.

Cask (handpump) @ Gardeners Rest, 105 Neepsend Lane, Sheffield, South Yorkshire England S3 8AT.Clear medium to dark red brown color with a average to large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, caramel, light coffee. Flavor is moderate sweet and moderate to light light heavy bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily and sticky, carbonation is flat to soft. [20100424]

Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, floral, light grain, light to moderate hoppy. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration.
