Description
The Sheffield Brewery Company has been producing award winning, Finely Polished Beers since 2006 in an original, brick built Victorian polish works.

Brewing suspended in 2020 and still not restarted as yet.

Cask-conditioned at the Seven Stars, Bristol 7/03/2011. Reddish brown with a slight, off-white head. Sweet, fruity aroma with some roasted malts. Flavour of earthy malts with red berry fruit and a dry finish. Fine.

Cask @ Bon Accord. Clear golden colour, whtie ehad. Aroma is soft malty, bit of biscuit. Flavour is malty, bit hoppy and some dry biscuit. Smooth and well drinkable.

Cask @ Bon Accord. Amber colour, off-white head. Aroma is caramel malts, and a bit of tofee. Flavour is caramel malts, bit of toffee, biscuit. Farily dry and slightly sweet fhinish.

Cask. A dark brown beer with a brown head. The aroma has notes of soy sauce, malt, and caramel. The flavor is sweet with ntoes of malt, caramel, and soy sauce, leading to a bitter and roasted finish.

Cask. An amber beer with a lazing light tan head. The aroma has strong notes of caramel combined with medium notes of malt. The flavor is sweet wtih notes of malt, caramel, and butterscotch, leading to a bitter finish.

Cask. A light golden beer with a lazing off-white head. The aroma has notes of citrus fruits and elderflowers as well as lighter notes of sulphur. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt and citrus fruits, leading to a dry and bitter finish where the elderflower notes lingers.

Cask at 5.2 or 5.3% (Market Porter, Southwark) - Pale golden in colour. Hoppy aroma with hints of grapefruit and aniseed. Balanced taste with pineapple, grapefruit, aniseed and a solid malt foundation all vying for attention.

Cask at St Albans BF 2010. Dark brown colour. It’s a decent beer. Rather good, full in the mouth. Decent fruit. Good roast dryness on finish. Decent and very drinkable.

Cask (handpump) @ Gardeners Rest, 105 Neepsend Lane, Sheffield, South Yorkshire England S3 8AT.Clear medium yellow color with a average, frothy to creamy, good lacing, fully to mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, moderate hoppy, citrus, vomit notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average duration, citrus. Body is medium, texture is oily - smooth, carbonation is soft to flat. [20100427]
