Hand-pulled pint at The Pheasant Inn, Wellington Shropshire on 27th Feb 2020. Clean and clear golden body, lasting white crown. Light citrus leanings in this dry and fairly bitter brew, nice and refreshing.

Cask @ Fox & Goose, Hebden Bridge. Black with a creamy off-white head. It's smooth, not too strong, with chocolate complimenting its healthy roasted malts. Chocolate and coffee evident in its aroma.

Cask @ Jack In The Box, Manchester. Golden with a creamy head. Has a pleasant hoppy aroma with some fruit, and it gets dense-hoppy in taste, but is quite bland.

Cask-conditioned, at the Seven Stars, Bristol October 2019. Golden in colour, with a slight, white, head. Citrus hops, a touch of apricot fruit, light and creamy malts and a gentle finish. Good.

Sheffield Beer Festival - Pours a slightly hazy golden colour with a mostly lasting average sized white head. Aroma is floral and fruity, mainly citrus. Sweetish with a citrusy bitterness, light malt and bitter finish.

Cask at the Corner, Huddersfield, 04/10/19. Clear golden blonde with a decent just off white cap. Nose is gentle citric pith, melon, tangerine, grass. Taste comprises melon, grass, lemon drizzle, airy pale malts, light breads. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, drying close with mellow hop bitterness. Decent enough cask pale.

Cask at the corner Huddersfield. A clear golden yellow coloured pour with a lasting white head. Aroma is nice floral citrus, pollen, bready malts. Flavour is composed of rounded base malts, bitter lime grass, bitter grass,. Firm grass bitterness. Green berries. Palate is straw, soft carbonation, ok.

Cask. Shakespeare’s, Sheffield. Clear gold. Barely a head. Nose has Mosaic berry sweetness. Some ripened stone fruit. Super sweet grain. Taste is sweet and fruity, with a punchy, herbal bitterness. Medium body. Pretty oily. Fine carbonation. Lingering bitterness to finish.

Cask. Kelham Island Tavern, Sheffield. Clear gold. Thick white foam. Nose has sweet, sweaty grain. Notes of ripe peach and pineapple. A bit yeasty and estery. Taste is super bitter, with just a modicum of grain sweetness. Medium body. Fine carbonation. Lingering bitterness to finish. Not up to this brewer’s usual standard to be honest.
