Cask-conditioned at the Bag O,Nails, Bristol 4/7/2016. Amber in colour, with a slight, off-white, head. Some sweetish malts upfront, before subtle ginger took over to dominate a refreshing drink. This is the best ginger infused beer I have tried.

Cask at the Rutland Arms, Sheffield. Poured a clear dark brown with a thin broken off white head. The aroma is light dry ash tray malt. The flavour is moderate to light roasty malt bitter with a light dry, watery, liqourice bitter palate. Light to medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Cask-conditioned at the Lime Kiln, Bristol 23/6/2016. Copper coloured, with a decent, off-white, head. Sweetish, malty bitter, with a touch of hedgerow fruit and moderately bitter finish. Fine.

Cask. Kelham Island Tavern, Sheffield. Clear gold. Bubbly, bright white head. Nose has lots of grapefruit. Peach and apricot. Creamy malts. Bit of a sorachi vibe, which may or may not be bollocks on my part. Anyhoo, it smells pretty good. Taste is well balanced sweet and bitter. Medium body. Maintains the fruity hop until the end. North Riding quality, by which I mean really good.

Cask at the Rutland Arms, Steel City, 20/05/16. Black with a decent tan head. Nose is light roast, charr, cocoa powder, toffee. Taste comprises light spice, chocolate malt, light charring, dark fruit whisper, tar. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Decent enough stout.

Cask (handpump) @ Salmon, 19 Butt Close Lane, Leicester, Leicestershire, England LE1 4QA. [ As Blue Bee Tempest Stout ].Clear dark brown color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, light beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, bread, roasted, dark malt. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and light bitter with a long duration, bread, roasted, dark malt, sugary dark malt - roasted. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20160221]

On cask at the Guildford Arms. Appearance - dark amber to brown with red chinks. Decent head. Nose - elusive buthe light toffee. Taste - biscuit and red fruits. Palate - close to medium bodied with a creamy texture and a long dry finish. Overall - interesting hoppy red thing!
