440ml can from Chuckling Cheese, Skegness. Pours a clear gold with big foamy white head, recedes down to a nice lasting top with some lacing. Aroma is sweet, floral, lager grain noted malts, hint of spice, honey. Taste is sweet, grainy, honey, light spiced, fruity note Light to medium bodied, fairly smooth, medium-dry. Refreshing, yes, but not the most characterful saison. Still enjoyable.

22/8/2024. Cask at the 32nd East Anglian Beer & Cider Festival. Pours cloudy orange straw gold with a few bubbles. Aroma is citrusy, musty, tropical, slightly mucky, stable straw. Medium sweetness, moderate bitterness and body. Slightly watery, soft carbonation. Fair.

500ml bottle from a Cheese Company! Drank at home, late on Saturday night, 3rd February 2024. Black as Midnight, light tanned crown that stayed around. Neither sweet nor flavoured, nor milky; this is a proper 'Stout' without any faffing. Malty, leaning towards over roasted, burnt toast like maltiness, yet with a semi-bitter hop content, it's a throw back to 'Old school Stouts'.

500ml bottle @ monthly tasting, Chez Sophie, Jan 24. Thanks Jeremy for this! Pours dark with a good tan collar. Pleasant waft of smoke from the off. Great smokey presence to taste alongside a nicely meaty body.. lovely smoky porter overall.
