Bottle on the 1659 Bruxelles-London Eurostar, 11/02/24. Hazed light orange to golden with an off white cap that thins to swirl. Nose is herb, floral, lemon rind, hedgerow, grains. Taste comprises light citric sherbets, herb, hedgerow, modest funk, grains. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a light puckering twang. Okay simple sour.

Can shared on the Eurostar back from Brussels for Rich's 50th weekend. A hazed yellow straw coloured pour with a loose fine cap. Aroma is sour lemon, verbena, citric peel, fuzzy peach. Flavour is floral citrus loose wheat, flaked grains, light sour tinge, chalky finish, pineapple. Palate is chalky, flaked grains highish carbonation. Meh

Panda at home, thanks to Ed Danlo, 04/02/24. Almost clear golden orange with a thin off white cap that departs edgewards. Nose is herb, apple skins, funk, wood must, straw, light floral notes. Taste comprises tangy apples, apple core, light funk, farmyard nip, tannins. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close. Solid stuff.

24/1/2024. Bottle shared by danlo, cheers Ed! Pours clear pale golden with a small bubbly white head. Aroma of apple, caramel, vanilla, slight funky woody edge. Medium sweetness, moderate tartness. Medium body, light spritzy carbonation. Dry and bitter woody tannic finish. Very nice.

Keg at Craft Beer Co Covent Garden. Aroma has citrus watered down with sugar water. Floury streak. Slightly opaque gold. Thin foamy translucent white head. Flava matches the aroma - sugary citrus sourness. Added hedgerow bitterness. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Soft carbonation. Long dry increasingly astringent finish. Gentle sour.

750ml bottle from Wildflower. Hazy yellowy gold colour, white foam head that quickly dissipates to a thin rim and aroma of apple, pulpy. Taste is apple, fruity, some tartness, with toffee and caramel notes, alittle funk and drying tannins. Medium bodied, light soft carbonation, dry tart and earthy tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.

Taste is apple, tangy, fruity, wood, oak, barrel notes and funky, earthy, with drying bittersweet tannins. Medium bodied, light soft carbonation, dry funky tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.

Soft Brett notes. Soft lemon notes. Light barrel presence, tannic. Moderate carbonation, refreshing. Slightly thin. Soft sourness. Nice malty background, yeasty throughout.
