750 ml bottle. Pours a clear light gold with very little head. Skunk cereal aroma. Weak flavors of grain and malt. Not really much there. Slightly bitter finish. Water substitute when cold.

25/VI/2012 - 33cl bottle with "all blacks" cap @ home - BB: n/a, bottled (?): A230611 (2012-652) Thanks to Thomas and Annelies for the bottle!
Clear pale yellow to light orange beer, big rocky creamy head, with some big bubbles, little stable, non adhesive. Aroma: grains, sweet corn, bit chemical, citrussy. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: some citrus, sweet sugary touch, very watery. Aftertaste: slight hop bitterness, sugar again. Meh, another lager boring as hell, only this time from the other side of the world. Can you spell "drain pour"? :p

12/V/2012 - 33cl bottle @ Joyce's place - BB: 11/V/12 (2012-489) Thanks to Thomas and Annelies for the bottle!
Clear light amber beer, very small off-white head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: sweet caramel, nutty, some dried fruits. MF: soft carbon, light to medium body. Taste: sour start, then pretty bitter, toast, nutty, little sweet. Aftertaste: bitter hops, nuts, some mocha even, caramel, orange peel, very bitter ending. Reminds me more of a English bitter than an American Dark Lager, no?

Originally rated April 2004. Steinlager pours a pale golden colour. The nice white head drops quickly though. A small lace is left on the glass. Slightly skunky, this beer reminds me of Heineken. Also, I smell hints of honey. Lightly carbonated, this beer doesn’t taste bad at all. Quite refreshing !

Bottled. The most beautiful cap ever - The All Blacks. A golden beer with a thin beige head. The aroma has notes of straw and malt. The flavor is sweet straw, malt, and eggs, leading to a bitter finish.
