Can Sunday evening. Dirty gold some cloudiness. Nose is wheaty and faint fruits. Taste of slight banana but not as pronounced as other versions, plenty of wheat, lemongrass, touch of plum. Zippy palate.

Can 6/22/24. Clear blonde, small, white head, low-to-moderate retention. Nose is neither cheap/artificial or overdone with citrus. Still ample base malt behind it. Clean and balanced. In the mouth it shows ample malt and zesty citrus with good acidity and balance. Good texture with zippy carbonation and very refreshing and clean overall.

Can drunk 6/22/24. Clear brick red with a beige head showing moderate retention. Peach and red fruit as the hops and specialty malts interact. Good base malt depth and seeming attenuation. Clean, with a bit of biscuit and cracker and low hopping. In the mouth it's not given over to too much specialty malt and has an excellent base malt depth and is dry, clean and crisp. Excellent water character, soft mineral. Low, spicy hops and great, polished balance all around.

Can drunk 6/22/24. Clear blonde-golden. Medium-sized, white head slowly to partial cover. Clean nose is lightly grassy, lightly spicy. Malts show a touch of honey, lots of biscuit/hay. Excellent water character with soft mineral and a snappy finish. Clean, lightly malty, lower hopping rates with low bitterness and a bit of chewy, honey-like malt leading to strong cracker and biscuit. Ample maltiness and attenuation. Very refreshing.

Very pretty plum brown beer with a lovely head that sits up at attention. Nose is molasses and some dried fruits. Tastes of dates, figs, molasses, hint of cinnamon (mostly in finish). Smooth palate. Quite good.

Can (best by 11/14/23) pour from Steve. A hazy yellow with light sparkle, thin cap head with poor retention and light lacing. Aroma is citrus, pine, cracker. Taste follows aroma. Smooth, frothy, average carbonation and finish as taste with dry, lingering bitterness. The process may be somewhat new and the aroma and taste are strong, but it produces a pretty conventional IPA from yesteryear. It's fine.

Can grab from Crafted. Haven’t stopped here in few weeks. Nice gold color but body more still looking and smallish head. Nose is noble hops. Tastes of honey, sourdough, slight herbal, flowery, touch of lemon. Smooth palate and light bitters.

Starting work week off with hangover for sure. Ruby brown pour and decent head. Nose is light cherry and earthy cocoa. Tastes of similar medicinal cherry, chocolate, earth, tobacco, malt. Slick.
