Draught @ The Trinity Bar, New Haven CT (Oct 2024). Clear dark amver with a small frothy off-white head, caramel malt aroma, medium carbonation, mildly bitter caramel malt taste, floral hops, smooth thin body, long floral finish. Nice flavor!

Can (BB 3/29/25) from trade with Steve. Opaque dark brown with nice sparkle, thin head with poor retention and trace lacing. Aroma is strong toffee, coffee, dark chocolate and hint of nuts. Taste follows aroma. Smooth, thick texture, average carbonation and finish as taste. Strong aroma and flavor and great complexity. Well done!

Can at home from Julios. Cherry amber colored beer with a frothy top. Nose is malty and dried fruits. Tatses of malt, rootbeer, fig, dried apricot, medium bodied. Touch weak on palate.

16 oz can in a trade with tfontana. Thank u. Tom. Aroma has soft minerals and grain. Flavor has bready malt backbone with soft lemon notes. Texture is dry and nicely crisp. Soft floral bitter finish. Really well made.
