Lots of peat on the nose, plum brandy to follow, once that burns off nice herbal aniseed and caraway notes. Lots of stewed fruits, barrel notes. Boozy (as you’d expect for the Abby)

Draft at the Pasteur Street bar, District 1. Poured a clear light golden colour with a thin white head. The aroma is light citrus fruits. The flavour is moderate sweet and sour, with a light, crisp, big tart lime palate. Medium to light bodied with soft carbonation. There really was no carbonation at all. Not great for a beer that’s supposedly a refreshing summer drink.

330ml can at Taps Beer Bar, Changkat, Kuala Lumpur. Poured a clear red copper colour with a mostly lasting frothy white head. The aroma is toffee caramel malt. The flavour is moderate sweet and bitter, with a crisp, treacle toffee, light mineral, light sugary, light woody hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation. A drinkable Amber.

Sweet orange pekoe with nice jasmine character in the nose. Malt forward good bitterness, nice jasmine tea from start to finish much more balanced and interesting then the regular jasmine. The jasmine lingers. Quit good. The hops are in the background and provide a nice citrus character.

Kinda an odd pale golden color. Beautiful nose that has an excellent interplay between guava and citrus notes. The guava really compliments this beer well. The palate shows excellent fruit character and provides and thick fruitier mid-palate. The guava remains present from start
To finish. Really liked this more than I thought I would.

Lemon creampie with strong funky yeastiness dominate the nose. Very dry. A bit simple nose. The yeast really dominates with some lemon creampie and black pepper. Good middle of the road saison that doesn’t take me anywhere special but I’d have it again.

On tap at the brewery. deep pink color. Nice dragon fruit character with low medium tartness. Very dry. The dragon fruit is good but doesn’t shine. It’s not bad, but a touch simple.
