Description
Previous name: "irrificio Ostiense Artigianale".

We were born in 2004 on the seashore of Rome thanks to the love (and passion) for beer made with artisanal methods of our founders, Elio Miceli and Massimo Salvatori, who produced raw beer without any treatment at their Brew Pub located in Ostia on the Roman coast, right in front of the sea.

Then in 2005 thanks to the skills achieved, the experience gained, but above all thanks to the meeting with the master brewer Ioan Bratuleanu, we began to broaden our range of action by increasing and diversifying production. The great demand of our beers led us in 2010 to the opening of our plant in Fiumicino, a few kilometers from Ostia, effectively inserting us into the market of producers of craft beers with our brands Birradamare and Birra Roma.

In July 2017 Birradamare became part of the international Molson Coors group.

Bottle from Beers of Europe. Clear reddish-brown with small off-white head which fades. Malty aroma with caramel and quite a concentrated raspberry and strawberry note. Taste follows same pattern, malty and caramel noted to begin with a nice mixed berry fruitiness, bitter finish, with hint of medicine. Medium bodied, part chewy, part oily, low to fine carbonation. No surprises but its quite tasty. Best dunkler bock I've had (its only my 3rd!).

Medicine-like bottle 0,33ltr: Hazy amber colored brew with an nice fruity bitter taste. Hints of caramel and slightly Bambergian smokiness. Classy beer label and typical Italian, lets brew an Oktoberfest, but give it something Italian and something from Bamberg.

bottle, bb nov.2023. Opalescent yellow color short white head. Doughy flavor, mild malt, bready, some grass. Moderate grasy tones, malty finish, relatively tasty, a bit sharp. Got it cheap and apprently the brewery has been shutdown, likely a leftover of their 'flagship' keller rushed into GDO distribution.

Kolor jasny , piana drobnoczkowa, aromat słodowo chmielowy, w smaku też wyczuwalny chmiel, do tego nuty chlebowo słodowe, do pełni brakuje goryczki.
