[Cask at the Alehouse, Reading - Cascade and Pallisade] A bright pale amber pour with a loose white head; floral aroma; bitter floral taste, with quite resinous hops that catch the throat; then a rather vegetal finish. Tasty and unusual- not the light summery citrus I was expecting.

Cask @ Fox & Goose, Hebden Bridge. Golden with a creamy-frothy head. It’s a full-bodied hoppy ale, evident in both aroma and taste.

Handpull cask at the West Riding Refreshment Rooms, Dewsbury. Mid-gold and slightly hazy with a thick white head. Grassy aroma with citrus and tropical fruit hop alongside a gentle astringent note. Sweet taste at first with a malty flavour alongside notes of pink grapefruit and melon, with some savoury cooking herb and a bit of bitter lemon. Complex long finish with more melon and grapefruit in the aftertaste. Full body for the ABVand soft to no carbonation. A decent veer which remains constant throughout.

Slightly hazy gold with a creamy white head and a semi-juicy fruit aroma, mellowed by a touch of grain. Smooth and creamy, it’s a little bitter and malty, some floral hops and sweet fruity notes come through towards the finish

Hand-pulled pint in Wily's Brewpub, Cleethorpes on 21st April 2022. Pale body, golden yellow, the head a lasting white affair. Hoppy nose and taste, both citrusy and piney in nature, light malty undertones. Nice easy drinking session ale.
