On cask at the Guildford Arms. Appearance - deep amber to brown. Nicely proportioned head. Nose - mainly toffee. Taste - toffee again but with loads of barley flakes. Palate - close to medium bodied with a crunchy texture. The finish is dry and just inside being astringent. Overall - yeah challenging again, but worth the struggle.

On Tap at the Three Horseshoes, Waddington. Amber colour with an off white head. Aroma has berries, light caramel and malt. The taste light sweet.

Cask at the Craven; clear straw yellow pour with a bubbly white head, aroma has biscuity malts and citrus, taste has citrus and pine, sweet malts.

Cask @ Salford Arms Hotel, Salford. Clear golden-blonde with a small head. Easy-drinking hoppy ale with a small gritty dryness.

On cask at Forum, Sheffield - Bit of a flat over-chilled yellow body, no head. Nose was a bit of a harsh citrus, with a soapy background. Taste is a sour lemon, not too pleasant, but I think a lot of this was down to bad condition.
