Description
Grafton Brewing Company is named after the Grafton Hotel on Gateford Road in Worksop. The Grafton was built in 1865 by a gentleman called Joseph Gardside. Joseph Garside was one of the founders of Worksop and Retford Brewery.

The multi award winning micro brewery, Grafton Fine Ales was founded, formerley known as Grafton Brewing Company in 2007. The first brewing premises were behind the Packet Inn on Bescoby Street in Retford, Nottinghamshire. We acquired our brand new premises in May 2014 back in Worksop after we outgrow our previous premises. Which also saw us increase our plant size from a 5 barrel plant to a 15 barrel plant for us to keep up with demand.
