500 ml bottle. Thank you Clarkvv on the share. Aroma has bold coffee, bourbon that resembles a brownie batter. Flavor has a solid amount of barrel with light notes of coconut and coffee. No alcohol is noticed. Very tame, which adds to the drinkable quality.

2025 bottle from the brewery, drunk 11/2/25, as pictured.
Barrel is big and bold and beats out the adjuncts, which is always preferable. Very spicy with light sweetness. Seems to be more Heaven Hill than Biff Trace. Elements of adjuncts all present but tasteful. No booze or sugar.
Barrel mixing with coffee and light vanilla. Not syrupy but nicely chewy. Good attenuation. Tasteful, mellow and flavorful. Cacao fairly prominent. Transcend currently crushing the beer game.

Fresh can from brewery cooler, drunk 10/23/25.
As pictured.
Well, it sure as hell isn't beer-like but in the vein of a lot of Mortalis and Drekker stuff, it's still pretty good damned delicious.
Like a strawberry-banana smoothie with a bit of malt and bitterness. Not too sweet, though of course it's on the sweet side. Rich, comforting and flavorful. Love em or hate em, smoothie sours are a very real part of our beer culture today.

Brewery draught, 9/25/25.
Moderately-to-heavily hazy, bronze-maize-golden. Small, white head.
Earthy, subtle, chalky, piney and polished without resin, sugar or booze. Cracker and biscuit easily balance.
Big banana, marshmallow, coconut. Crazy to get these flavors without adjunct. Juicy, soft, properly bitter and clean with no booze or syrupy sugar. These guys are definitely doing unique and interesting stuff.

Brewery draught, 9/25/25.
Moderately hazy, pale brass-golden. Small, white head.
Juicy and soft with starburst and light spice. Clean and dainty without any excess sugar. Quite dry on the malt, it seems, in fact. No booze.
Juicy, spicy, zesty. Starburst, a touch of herbage and clean, lean malts. No big sweetness, no booze. Only thing holding it back slightly is a bit more herb and scallion than I'd prefer. Retronasal has tons of tropical juice. A very drinkable, restrained rendition which is tough to do. Lingering banana and bitterness with papaya and cracker.

Brewery draught, 9/25/25.
Milky beeswax. Small, off-white head.
Floral terpene-like darkness with papaya, mango, coconut and banana. Juicy and rich but soft and clean with no booze. Good acidity on the very end to balance.
Juicy, bitter, creamy, dry...banana-mango-papaya. earthy and crackery interludes with no booze. Soft and rich with mineral and light wine. Not an herb bomb, thankfully. Juice, malt, tropical fruit and spice linger nicely.

Brewery draught, 9/25/25.
Moderately hazy, bronze-maize-golden. Small, creamy, white head.
Juicy, lightly spicy, understated. Maybe some light tropical fruit and such. Very juicy, with a huge, estery yeast, almost bubble gummy. Cracker and dough biscuit balances.
Juicy and citrusy with soft tropical fruit and a bit of bitter pine and earth. Soft and yet crackery on the finish. Maybe a hint of scallion? And a slightly odd powdered sugar. But nicely dry and yet malty. Spicy green character lingering.

Brewery draught, 9/25/25.
Moderately hazy, pale brass-blonde. Creamy, off-white head slowly to light cover.
Leathery peach with citrus and very minimal pine. Clean, polished, juicy and malty with biscuit and bread. No booze or dominating peach.
Dry, crusty/crackery in the mouth with lightly juicy peach and citrusy hops. Earthy and rustic with citrus, pine and peach retronasal but never too much acid. Good malt depth yet excellently dry. At first I thought it was too dry, crackery, maybe not quite flavorful enough, but as it warms it really impresses. Man, this brewery could be the next big star...

Side pull at the brewery, 9/25/25.
Clear, bright, copper-tinted brass. Big, off-white head, pretty good retention.
Smells fantastic! Lightly floral, quite herbal hops and bready malts with a touch of honey and a big mineral crispness on the finish. Very clean.
Rich and malty with a hell of a hop and yeast character. Malty and rich, drying out nicely with a huge noble hop character adding plentiful but not overdone bitterness. Malt shines right next to it, with balance and big flavors. Crisp and dry hop and yeast notes lingering.
