Half-pint in The Crown Inn, Oakengates on 24th April 2015. Clear golden pour with a good white head. Nice hop nose and taste, floral and not citrusy in nature. Refreshing and clean tasting beer with a mini-dry finish.

On cask at Three Tuns, Dronfield - Really enjoyed this! Rich teak body, beige head, looked like my dad’s suit in the 70s. Nose was a classic mix of coffee, roasted malts and nuts, and dark chocolate. Taste was smooth, great mouthfeel, good finish that was neither too bitter or too sweet. Like I said, enjoyed this.

Cask at Three Tuns, Dronfield - Clear yellow body, nothing on top, sediment laden at the bottom. Nose was a bit of a hope raiser, lots of hoppy citrus and lemons, a little bit of other sweeter fruits too. Taste was just a let down, flat and lemony, soggy paper, was tempted to ask if there was something wrong with this, but everyone else seemed to like it!

Cask @ Foundry Hill, Bingley. Paler golden colour with a small head. Lightly hopped with malt evident here too - it has a slight dryness in the palate and very easy drinking with hints of fruit.
