Handpull cask from the Three Cups, Bedford. Dark brown, translucent, flat. Chocolate, soy and balsamic vinegar. Taste is a sweet/sour, might be a little past its best. Some liquorice on the finish. Flat-as-a-pancake body. The condition is questionable but the beer itself is poor as well.

Cask @ Dirty Dicks, Halifax. Blonde with a small creamy head. Tropical fruit hopped in aroma and taste, although not overly stated. Has an easy-drinking texture with some malts evident.

Bottle thanks to allmyvinyl. Appearance - dark brown to plum with a neat thin head. Nice red hue around the bottom of the glass. Nose - chocolate and toffee with a bit of prunes. Taste - plums or cherries, actually marzipan coming through. Palate - close to medium bodied with a creamy texture and a balanced finish. Overall - like this. No chocolate or roast but delicious.
