Aroma: Light cherry and chocolate notes. Hint of vanilla.

Appearance: Dark ruby body with a thin tan head. Nice lacing.

Taste: Fruity, tangy notes of cherry and blackcurrant. Damp wood, too. Subtle chocolate notes - not a very rich flavour. Bitter finish.

Palate: Thin body with a smooth, oily texture. Flat carbonation.

Overall: A reasonable Stout, lacking in richness and depth.

Aroma: Almost no aroma. Very subtle straw notes.

Appearance: Clear golden body with a thin frothy white head. Very light carbonation. Great lacing.

Taste: Easy drinking but rather forgettable. Whatever flavour is in this is very well hidden.

Palate: Thin to medium body with a slick, oily mouthfeel. Very light carbonation prickle.

Overall: A pleasant but unremarkable, unmemorable Golden Ale. The whole thing tastes very diluted.
