Cloudy / murky dull gold with a frothy off-white head. Dank fruity aroma, a little chewy with juicy fruit, hop bitterness, a touch of resinous pine, little hop kicks and a dry bittersweet finish.

8th October 2025
Can. Hazy orange gold beer, small tidy bubbly pale cream colour head. Palate is light and semi dry and has a good fine minerally crispness. Light bodied pale malts, creamy sweet, perhaps just one notch too sweet here. Cooling pine hops into a light bright juicy citrus. Some actual Strata passion fruit brings up the back end, an unexpected treat as Strata so regularly fails to deliver in my book. Really nice crisp and quaffable dipa.

Can from Blas ar Fwyd, Llanrwst. Hazy-opaque mango colour. Thick fluffy foamy white head. Aroma has some softness to it alongside some bitterness and a sour edge. Flavourwise there's tangy fruit with a certain sourness. Slightly resinous bitterness. And a certain dryness too. Light. Thin. Soft-fizzy carbonation provides lift. Long dry slightly astringent finish. Refreshering and crisp Pale Ale.

Can bought at Blas ar Fwyd, Llanrwst. Clear copper gold
Thick foamy white head. Aroma is bitter. Full-on resin. A fruity edge provides some stewed fruit syrupy sweetness. Underlying malts. Flavourwise it's got a sugary sweetness which balances out the bitter resinous core. Caramelised fruit. Underlying chewy doughy malts. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Soft-fizzy carbonation. Long dry somewhat astringent finish. Decent Westie with a sweet side. Noice.
