Description
We are Lord’s Brewing Co, a family business that just wants to make the world a better place, one beer at a time. What better way to do that than with quality craft ales? It’s no secret that there are hundreds, if not thousands of breweries with this very same mission, so what makes us any different? We strive to craft our ales to suit a wide spectrum of beer drinkers. Our ethos is innovation complementing tradition. If you’re a beer drinker, we will have a beer in our range to suit you. Having said that, you’ll probably like them all!

We are based in the most stunning setting, overlooking an expansive valley. Heath House Mills is rustic, picturesque and incredibly well placed. We have the best view in Huddersfield, and the inside’s pretty nice too! We have a large warehouse/taproom, depending on what time of day it is. This includes a brand new 8 BBL plant.

Cask @ Postal Order, Blackburn. Clear dark amber with a glow and a thick creamy head. Malty bittered aroma, much less bitter in taste with light bread and fine tasting malts. One of the best 'bitters' I've experienced!

Greenhead Beer Festival 2024. Golden colour, but certainly a cask lager in design rather than the international sort. Smoothish, and very mildly fruity.

Hand-pulled half-pint at the Pheasant Inn and Brewhouse on 25th August 2024. Pleasant enough Porter, tanned head on a black coloured body. Chocolate and coffee flavours vie against each other in this semi-sweet malty brew.

Two hand-pulled pints at the Pheasant Inn and Brewhouse on 20th July 2024. Pale golden body, white crown. All a bit thin and wishy washy, didn't take to it at all (second pint was a mistake, my son bought it).

Skipton Beer Festival 2024. Dark clear amber in colour. Fair strength brew, so a mildly sweet tasting bitter in design through some caramels.
