Draught @ the brewery. Faintly cloudy golden yellow with a very small frothy off-white head, that's just a ring, faintly acidic aroma, medium carbonation, mildly tart citrus peel taste, acidic body, long finish. Decent saison.

Draught @ the brewery (October 2024). Clear golden amber with a foamy off-white head, faint citrus peel aroma, adequate carbonation, medium bitter lightly piney taste with caramel malt and citrus zest, smooth body, long finish. Very good West Coast Style IPA.

16oz can. It is 8% now. Thick beige head on of a brown black body. Big coffee and I suppose chicory notes. A pretty good coffee stout, the lactose works but ends up being a pinch sweet of course. Great aroma. All around enjoyable.

Pretty sure it is Bailin. Sort of like a hoppy Belgian Pale Ale. Pleasant enough belgo yeast. OK.

Draught @ the brewery (October 2024). Clear dark amber-copper with a foamy off-white head, faint citrus zest aroma, adequate carbonation, medium bitter lightly piney caramel malt taste with a bit of melon, thin smooth body, long finish. Smooth and tasty APA.
