16 oz willebecher at the Berghoff Cafe in Terminal 1 of O’Hare Airport in Chicago, Illinois. The pour is a slight haze of golden orange with a small foamy white head. The aroma is faint, some floral hop and cereal grain. The taste is a mostly clean mix of the cereal grain and dusty floral hop, very much in the character of a classic brewpub pale ale from back in the day. The palate is light to medium bodied with soft carbonation and a grainy mineral softly warming finish.
