On tap at Supermoon, pours a hazy golden with a large white head. Aroma is really fragrant, with lots of rustic saison yeast, wild yeast, and white pepper � yeah, that�s nice. Flavour is rustic and peppery, with a very nice, subtle but complex saison yeast expression, wild yeast, and white pepper. Just enough carb to bring out the yeast. Carefully crafted and vibrant. Excellent saison.

On tap at Supermoon, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma has intense gin barrels, basil, dry-hopping, and almost a tinge of diacetyl. Flavour is strange�is that diacetyl? There�s basil, like, dry-hopping, and rustic notes. I guess the gin is giving off weird notes. Not my thing.

12oz bottle. Kind of has that old school US Saison taste, but fleshed out NE IPA style with its body. I get some serious off tones in the aroma, more than the first time I had this beer. Pretty amateurish overall.

Keg at the brewery, 8/6/23. Clear gold, large white head, good retention. Aroma of floral, minty, green, pale malt. Taste is green, minty hops, pale malt. Hint of thyme. Moderate bitterness.

Sampled from the tap at Black Rose. Pours a hazy amber orange with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has grains and earthy flora with a bit of light fruit and grains underlying. Flavor has earthy grain and hay with a bit of flora and earthy leaves backing.

375ml bottle. Fluffy light carbonation. Lemon lime yeast tones and a pleasant hop balance. Bright and clean, really good.

Tap at Supermoon. Collab with central waters. Pretty middle of the road, certainly the least exciting beer on the menu. Drinkable, ok balance, rather restrained hop tone.

Tap at Supermoon. Clean well attenuated body. The grape tone works a lot better than most beers like it. Good balance, mouthfeel. Certainly has a sour edge but restrained, works well. Decent malt and chewyness for the style. Good stuff.
